Kintsugi (金継ぎ, "golden joinery") is a traditional Japanese art form that repairs broken pottery using lacquer mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. Rather than hiding damage, this method highlights fractures, celebrating the object's history and beauty in imperfection—a philosophy known as wabi-sabi. We feel this is a philosophy worth celebrating for wonderfully wired minds, because there is so much beauty to be found in  edges that may not be perfectly smooth.
