We stand behind everything we sell.
Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. We'd encourage you to check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective — that's on us, and we'll make it right.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective items Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. If the problem is on our end, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect shipping address Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a package is returned to our fulfilment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your corrected details, we'll get it back out to you.
Unclaimed packages If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated to charity.
Returns If a return is approved (for example, in the case of a fault), items must be sent to our fulfilment facility — not to our business address. We'll confirm the correct return address before anything is sent back. Items returned to an unapproved address cannot be processed.
