- Dishwasher safe. Hand-washing keeps the print sharpest for longest.

- Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners — they dull the glaze and the print with it.
- Expect
- Printed by sublimation, so the design is dyed into the surface rather than sitting on top of it — it will not peel, crack or wash off. Colours come out bright and true against the white glaze.

Made for you after you order — 1–5 working days to make, then 3–5 to arrive. Free over $70 / £60; below that, a standard flat rate shown at checkout.
If it arrives faulty
Damaged, misprinted or just wrong — that’s on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Not sure it counts? Tell us anyway.
If you change your mind
We can’t take it back — each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to return to. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll still put it right: a discount next time, or a donation in your name to the charity we support.
