Care
- Case
- Machine washable. Cold, gentle cycle, with like colours. The hidden zipper means it comes off — wash the case, not the pillow.
- Insert
- Hand wash only. Squeeze rather than wring, and let it dry right through before the case goes back on.
- Dry
- Air dry both. Don't tumble the insert.
- Iron
- Cool, and never over the print.
- Expect
- The case is woven polyester with a linen-like feel — a slight grain to it rather than a smooth sheen. The insert is shape-retaining, so it holds its plumpness rather than flattening with use.

Made for you after you order — 1–5 working days to make, then 3–5 to arrive. Free over $70 / £60; below that, a standard flat rate shown at checkout.
If it arrives faulty
Damaged, misprinted or just wrong — that’s on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Not sure it counts? Tell us anyway.
If you change your mind
We can’t take it back — each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to return to. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll still put it right: a discount next time, or a donation in your name to the charity we support.
