A few things you might be looking for

Where's my order? Everything is printed for you after you order, so it's 1–5 working days to make and 3–5 to arrive. You'll get a tracking email when it ships — worth checking your spam folder, as it sometimes lands there. Still nothing? Send us your order number and we'll find it.

Will it fit? Every product page has a size guide with real measurements, taken flat and unstretched. Our Gear explains how each piece is cut and how it wears, so you can see how a size will run before you choose.

Something arrived wrong? Damaged, misprinted or just not what you ordered — that's on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Our refund policy has the detail.

Changed your mind? Each piece is made to order, so there's no shelf for it to go back to. Tell us within 30 days and we'll still put it right — a discount next time, or a donation in your name to the charity we support.

Who you're writing to

Wonderfully Wired is a neurodivergent-founded studio, and a trading name of Distinctive Minds LLC. Our designs are made by us and printed to order by our fulfilment partners, Printful and Gelato, in the UK and the US — so your order is usually made close to where it's going.
