When you've built up a head of steam then it's probably time to cool down, return to a liquid 'steady state', and get ready to do it all over again. "Condensing" is that step — the calming-down phase after the pressure and work are spent. Take a moment, sit with a nice cuppa, and allow yourself to decompress.

- Dishwasher safe. Hand-washing keeps the print sharpest for longest.

- Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners — they dull the glaze and the print with it.
- Expect
- The print is sublimation, but on a black mug the design is applied on top of the glaze rather than dyed into it — so the printed area can sit at a slightly different shade of black. That is usual, not a fault.

If it arrives faulty
Damaged, misprinted or just wrong — that’s on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Not sure it counts? Tell us anyway.
If you change your mind
We can’t take it back — each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to return to. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll still put it right: a discount next time, or a donation in your name to the charity we support.
