Rather than hiding damage, this method highlights fractures, celebrating the object's history and beauty in imperfection—a philosophy known as wabi-sabi.

If it arrives faulty
Damaged, misprinted or just wrong — that’s on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Not sure it counts? Tell us anyway.
If you change your mind
We can’t take it back — each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to return to. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll still put it right: a discount next time, or a donation in your name to the charity we support.
